Abell gets all-state honorable mention

Washington County volleyball senior LeeAnn Abell was recognized last week when the Kentucky volleyball Coaches Assosiation announced the 2012 all-state teams last Wednesday. Abell was selected as an honorable mention to the team, the first Commanderette to receive the honor in school history.

Abell helped lead Washington County to a 15-17 season (11-2 outside of the region), on their way to a second-round district loss to Bethlehem on Oct. 9.
