WC now 1-2 in district, 2-7 overall

The Washington County Commanders fought hard tonight in Danville, but they fell to the Admirals, 61-0. With the district loss, the Commanders now sit at 2-7 overall on the season and 1-2 in district play.

Danville took a 14-0 lead in the first quarter and led 40-0 at the half. They tacked on 14 more in the third and seven more in the final quarter for the shutout win.

The Commanders host their final home game next Friday, when they host the Campbellsville Eagles on senior night. Be sure to come out to the game and show your support.
