BIRTH - Ballard: It’s a girl!

Amanda Ballard and Walter Ballard of Lebanon announce the birth of their daughter on March 30, 2012 at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.

Lilly Anna Ballard weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 20 inches in length. 

She was welcomed home by a sister, Sophie, age 1.

Maternal grandparents are David “Hud” and Jean Mattingly of Lebanon.

Paternal grandparents are Steve and Linda Ballard of Lebanon.

Great-grandparents are Lucille Osbourne of Springfield and Wallace Ballard of Lebanon.
