An extensive rundown of the entire history of high school basketball in Kentucky is now available in hardcopy for die-hard basketball fans across the state.

With the assistance of the Kentucky High School Athletics Association and the Kentucky Association of Basketball Coaches, statistician and editor Jeff Bridgeman has compiled every boys' and girls' basketball team from every high school in the state from the first games in 1906 all the way up through 2012, including season records and coaches.

The compilation, "Kentucky High School Basketball Records & Facts," also lists all postseason scores from the district tournament to region to the Sweet Sixteen.

The book goes even further into the basketball history in Kentucky, recognizing award winners such as coaches of the year, Mr. and Miss Basketball honorees, Ted Sanford and Joe Billy Mansfield award winners, All-A state classic teams and scores and photos of past state champions.
