Jane Renee’ Mudd of Springfield and Jack Thompson of Campbellsville would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their son, Jonathan Rue “Bubba” Thompson to Jacqueline Caldwell, daughter of Ann Caldwell of Yeaddiss, Ky.

Jonathan’s maternal grandparents are the late Billy C. and Bettylene Mudd. Paternal grandparents are Ruth Thompson of Burnside, and the late R.L. Thompson.

He is a 2003 graduate of Taylor County High School.
