Permit and or written tests are given on Friday mornings 8:30 -10:30 a.m. Skill tests (road) are given on Friday afternoons by appointment.

When applying for an instruction permit or license for the first time, you must present your Social Security card and birth certificate.
Applicants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Also applicants under the age of 18 must bring with them a school verification form from the school they are attending.
