ENGAGEMENT: Anderkin-Carney to marry

Perlina Anderkin of Mt. Vernon announces the forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Allison Perlina Anderkin, to Daniel Butler Carney, son of David and Nancy Carney of Springfield. Allison is also the daughter of the late James Anderkin Jr.
Anderkin is a 2004 graduate of Rockcastle County High School and a 2008 graduate of Transylvania University. In May of 2011, she graduated from the University of the Cumberlands with a Master of Arts in Teaching. She is employed as a teacher at North Washington Elementary.
