ENGAGEMENT: Redinger-Elder

Tom Redinger and Cindy Crutchfield of Ashville, N.C., announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Melinda Redinger of Lexington, to Richard Elder of Lexington, son of Richard and Angela Elder of Union, Ky.
Elder is the grandson of Joseph Earl and Theresa Wheatley of Springfield and Lelia Ann Elder of Lebanon, and the late Randall Elder.
The wedding will be held at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011 in Winchester, Ky.
Formal invitations will be sent.
