ENGAGMENT: Filiatreau-Spaulding to wed

John and Marlena Filiatreau of Springfield announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Ashley Elizabeth Filiatreau, to Ryan Anthony Spalding, son of Lynn and Lisa Wimsatt and Mark and Sandra Spalding of Springfield.
Filiatreau’s maternal grandparents are Violet Hamilton, and the late James A. “Ham” Hamilton. Paternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Joe Rucker and Eloise Filiatreau. Honorary grandparents are Barbara Leachman, and the late Shirley Leachman.
Spalding’s maternal grandparents are Generose Spalding, and the late Joseph Spalding. Paternal grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Spalding. Step-grandparents are Lavon Wimsatt, and the late Carl Wimsatt.
Filiatreau is a 2003 graduate of Washington County High School and a graduate of the University of Louisville. She is employed at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville.
Spalding is a 2002 graduate of Washington County High School and is employed at Curtis-Maruyasu America Inc. in Lebanon.
The wedding will be held at 7 p.m. on July 15, 2011 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Fredericktown. The reception will follow at Holy Trinity Parish Center in Fredericktown.
