FCCLA prepping for state

On Feb. 16, 2013 Washington County High School FCCLA attended the Region 5 STAR Events. STAR (Students Taking Action for Recognition) events are individual and team competitions which allow students to showcase their leadership skills. Students compete in one of two divisions: Junior (7th-9th grade) and Senior (10th-12th grade). It was a clean sweep for the chapter as all won first place and have earned the right to compete at state competition on Mar. 25-27 at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville. This was the most from any school in the region.
