Krey selected for national team

Washington County baseball junior Adam Krey was selected for the 2012 Under Armour Baseball Factory national team recently.

Krey was chosen for one of the three national teams and will compete in the 2012 Baseball Factory Christmas camp and tournament at Pirate City in Bradenton, Fla., the spring training home of the MLB’s Pittsburgh Pirates.

The camp and tournament will take place Dec. 19-22 and a press release from Baseball Factory states that players will, “eat, sleep, train and compete at the same facilities as the professionals.”
