Medleys to celebrate 50th anniversary

 Dave and Linda Medley of Mt. Washington will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Dec. 30, 2011. Dave  “Pop” is originally from Springfield, Ky. and is a semi-retired accountant, who loves attending Bullitt East games. Linda  “Nana” is originally from Loretto, Ky. and enjoys being a babysitter to her grandkids.
Their proud children are the late Sandy Alcorn,  Paula (Jeff)  Smith,  Shannon (Tony) McMahan and Dee (Mike) Bass. Grandchildren are Ray Smith, Becca (Brad) Hill, Bryan Smith, Alex McMahan, Adam McMahan, Rienna Hayes, Sierra Hayes, Cooper Bass and Courtney Bass.
To celebrate the occasion, they will be enjoying a weekend in January out of town for family time with kids and grandkids. A Mass at St Francis Xavier Church in Mt. Washington will be said in their honor on Wednesday, Jan. 4 at 6 p.m.
