A request to discontinue a 150-foot section of Million Lane as part of the county road system was put on hold at a regular scheduled fiscal court meeting on Monday.
The request was made at the county’s previous meeting on April 27, and since that time, two viewers were designated -- along with Washington County Road Supervisor Dale Mann -- to determine if the change would cause any disruption to traffic. Also, signs have been placed on Million Road, to inform commuters of the potential change.
