Morans to celebrate 70 years of marriage

William Marshall and Dorothea Lee Moran will celebrate 70 years of marriage on Oct. 21, 2012.

William farmed several years after marriage, and in 1955 went to work at General Electric Appliance Park, retiring in 1989.
Dorothea worked for Dr. R.A. Hamilton for 30 years and retired in 1988.
They have lived in the Lincoln Park community for most of their married life.
They have two children, Ronald Moran and Marsha (Moran) Garner.
They also have four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
