Tom Duncan Reed Scholarship
Springfield Rotary Club is offering the annual Tom Duncan Reed “Service Above Self” Rotarian Scholarship. Candidates must submit an application, two letters of recommendation and an essay by Wednesday, May 2. Applications are available at WCHS guidance counselor’s office or www.springfieldkyrotary.com.
