Pictured are Emma Reinle, left, daughter of Scott and Robyn Reinle, and Jesse McClain, right, son of Rusty and Melody McClain. In the center is Washington County emergency personnel Joe Carpenter. The Washington County Autism Support Group is donating Operation Lifesaver Bracelets to children in the area that are at-risk for wandering. The donation of a bracelet is not limited to children with autism. Any diagnosis of a disorder or handicap that makes a child vulnerable to be lost can apply for a bracelet. Medical documentation will be required. At this time the group is able to provide up to five bracelets, which includes maintenance, for one year. Anyone interested should contact Katie Essex at (859) 336-0059 or (859) 481-3282. Applications are currently being accepted and bracelets will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis.
