The Washington County Public Library kicked off its 2009 summer reading program on Tuesday, June 2. The summer reading program offers something for all ages, with programs for all ages. Programs for ages 3-8 will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6 p.m., and from 6-7 p.m. (please pick one). Programs for Tweens will be on Thursdays at 1 p.m., and for teens, Thursdays at 3 p.m. Adult progams will also be available, including one on July 13 when Sue Massek, a member of the Reel World String Band, will perform on guitar and banjo starting at 6:30 p.m. Other adult programs will be added as scheduling is confirmed.
