SCC volleyball goes down fighting in MSC quarterfinals

The season ended Friday for the St. Catharine College volleyball team, but John Rogers’ seventh-seeded Patriots did not go down without a fight against the second-seeded Lindsey Wilson Blue Raiders in the quarterfinals of Mid-South Conference Tournament.

“We competed, gave a good effort,” said Rogers following his team’s 3-1 loss at the MidAmerica Sport Center in Louisville.
