School board work is team work

It’s been years since I’ve tried to set anything down into print, but when Jeff Moreland agreed to let me submit a guest column, I couldn’t resist taking a shot at it; good publicity’s been hard to come by this summer. Jeff wastes a lot of ink on his headlines, but he’s a fair man, he prints a factual story, and he has never misquoted anything I told him. So with apologies to all the English teachers in the Washington County schools, and the help of my daughter and her laptop, I’ll give it a try.
