Sentencing for Norris Wayne Bartley and Billy Joe Mattingly, who pleaded guilty to stealing marijuana while serving as sheriff’s deputies, was rescheduled again. The new sentencing date is set for March 7 at 2 p.m. at the Gene Snyder United States Courthouse in Louisville.
The deputies were set for sentencing on Feb. 9, but were rescheduled before appearing in court.
