Somewhere between jumps 20 and 30, someone checked on Troy Woods’ status.
“You OK?”
“Yeah,” Woods said. “Open the door. Get out. Do it again.”
Woods not only broke the state record for most skydiving attempts in one day on Friday at Arnold’s Airport, he doubled it.
The previous record was 40. Woods holds the new record, with 80 jumps in one day.
Bob Boswell, the former record holder, jumped with Woods on No. 41.
