Ballard: It's a girl!

Sophie Marie Ballard

Amanda Marie and Walter Stephen Ballard of Springfield announce the birth of their daughter on July 22, 2010 at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.

Sophie Marie Ballard weighed 7 pounds and was 19.75 inches in length.

Carey, Cunningham exchange vows

Mr. and Mrs. Ryan L. Cunningham

Lindsay J. Carey and Ryan L. Cunningham were wed at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 25, 2010 at Bernheim Forest in Clermont, Ky.

She is the daughter of Mary Carey of Springfield and Ronnie Carey of Danville.

He is the son of Ricky Cunningham and Lisa Cunningham of Cadiz, Ky.

A reception followed on Saturday, June 26 at the Louisville Store Building in downtown Springfield.

After a wedding trip to Paso Robles, Calif., the couple are making their home in Ozark, Ala.

Blandford, Hall exchange vows

Lisa Blandford and Stacey Edward Hall were united in marriage at 6 p.m. Saturday, July 17, 2010, in Springfield. Bro. Darren Gillespie officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Albert and Mary Jane Blandford of Springfield and the granddaughter of James Hill of Loretto and the late Mattie Hill and Mabel Blandford of Springfield and the late Manuel Blandford.

The groom is the son of Katie Hansen and Lanny Hall and the grandson of the late Hobert and Goldie Spurlock and the late Sheila Hamilton.
