By Brandon Mattingly

Richard Lyvers, 29, of Springfield, was involved in an injury accident on I-95 in Delaware on Monday morning when the tractor-trailer he was driving was rear-ended by another vehicle, according to Delaware State Police.

Lyvers was unharmed in the accident, but 22-year-old Najee Rogers of Wilmington, Del. was critically injured after his car collided with the semi.

Lyvers pulled over to the shoulder of the interstate upon the impact, and authorities found Rogers’ car lodged under the truck when they arrived.
