Springfield receives $7,500 grant to fund historic survey

The city of Springfield’s Main Street/Renaissance Program is among 13 projects that have been selected to receive a total of $90,000 in 2010-11 as part of the Federal Survey and Planning Grants from the Kentucky Heritage Council (KHC), the State Historic Preservation Office, Gov. Steve Beshear has announced.  Springfield’s project will receive $7,500.
