Springfield police officer Charlie Osbourne administered field sobriety tests and the results were not good. One vehicle suffered minor damage and several orange cones were dragged for several feet. This was all part of the Fatal Experience Driving Simulation sponsored by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s Crime Prevention Coalition.
