Sixth grade – Lydia Smith

Lydia Smith is a sixth grade student of the month. She is the daughter of Jason and Karen Smith.
Her favorite teachers are Mrs. Bartley, Mrs. Gabhart, Mr. Mudd and Mr. Tingle. Her favorite classes are science, math and PE. Her favorite school activities are student council, academic team and R.I.S.E. youth group.
She enjoys hanging with friends and learning at school. Her special interests are music (guitar and singing), texting, volleyball and soccer.
When she finishes high school she wants to go to college and major in teaching or childcare.

Sixth grade – Aaron Dale Coulter

Aaron Dale Coulter is a sixth grade student of the month. He is the son of Craig and Lisa Coulter.
His favorite teachers are Mr. Tingle, Mr. Mudd and Mrs. Wilson. His favorite classes are PE, math and reading. His favorite school activities are international sports, Boys to Men Club, and the Internet lab.
He enjoys everything about school. His special interests are getting out and being with his family.
When he graduates from high school he wants to go to college and run a restaurant.

Seventh grade – Paige Shumate

Paige Shumate is a seventh grade student of the month. She is the daughter of Terri Lynn and David Shumate.
Her favorite teachers are Mrs. Gabhart, Mr. Tingle and Mr. Mudd. Her favorite classes are PL/VS and math. The school activity she enjoys most is the BETA Club.
She enjoys learning at school and talking to her friends in the hallway. Her special interests are swimming and horseback riding.
When she graduates from high school she wants to become a doctor.

Seventh grade – Grant Haydon

Grant Haydon is a seventh grade student of the month. He is the son of Katrina and Keith Haydon.
His favorite teachers are Mr. Tingle, Mr. Mudd and Mrs. Gabhart. His favorite classes are PE, PL/VS and technology. The school activities he enjoys are student council, basketball and football.
He enjoys learning new things everyday and hanging with his friends. His special interests are sports, children and school.
When he finishes high school he wants to go to college and become an engineer.

Eighth grade – Erin Taylor

Erin Taylor is an eighth grade student of the month. She is the daughter of Joey and Jennifer Taylor.
She likes all of her teachers and all of her classes. Volleyball is her favorite school activity.
She enjoys seeing her friends at school and learning new things. Her special interests are watching The Avengers, playing the guitar, playing with her dog, cat, guinea pig and chickens, singing, drawing and fangirling.
When she graduates from high school she wants to go to college to be a pharmacist or a renewable energy engineer.

Eighth grade – Shawn Bartley

Shawn Bartley is an eighth grade student of the month. He is the son of Kevin and Tammy Bartley.
His favorite teachers are Mr. Tingle, Mrs. Bartley, Mr. Mudd and Mrs. Wilson. His favorite classes are PE, language arts, social studies, Mr. Mudd’s class and media. The school activities he enjoys are the peace council and student council.
He enjoys seeing his friends at school and his special hobby is hunting.
When he graduates from high school he would like to become a game designer.
