WC boys finish second in All “A” Tournament in Campbellsville

The Washington County boys’ golf team finished runner up at the All “A” Regional tournament on Saturday at Campbellsville Country Club.

Aaron Spalding fired a 78 and qualified for All “A” State as an individual. The state tournament will be held later this season at Arlington Golf Course in Richmond, Kentucky.

The team shot a 337 total. Aaron Spalding shot a 78, Chris Spalding shot an 81, Travis Smith shot an 82, Chase Spalding shot a 96, and Matthew Spalding shot a 103.

The Commanders take to the links again Thursday when they visit Nelson County.
