    If you have spent any amount of time living in Washington County during the past two decades, chances are pretty good that you have dealt with Jeannine Warren at some point to register to vote, renew license plates or register a motor vehicle. After 22 years of working in the Washington County Clerk's Office, Warren closed the book on her career during a retirement reception held at in the courtroom of the 1816 Courthouse last Monday. She said she plans to spend her time now with her family.
