Suspect had no license, insurance

The Springfield Police Department reported working a minor car accident last Thursday on KY-528, as well as four accidents Nov. 25-27. No injuries were noted in any of the accident reports, however, a Nov. 26 incident resulted in an arrest following a hit-and-run at 70 Bardstown Road.

According to the report, Julian Rocha of Springfield was taken into custody after being pulled over and informing an officer that he had no driver’s license or insurance and that the tags on the 1993 Ford Aerostar van he was driving were revoked.
