Project Linus starts in Washington/Marion counties

-A A +A
By Nick Schrager

Meredith Hill is on a mission to bring comfort into children’s lives – one blanket at a time.

Hill has started a Washington/Marion County chapter of Project Linus, which is a national organization that brings homemade blankets to children who are terminally ill or who have been affected by trauma.

She added that sometimes blankets are brought to children who are up for adoption, as well.

“This is the fifth chapter in Kentucky,” Hill said. “I think it’ll be a wonder organization for the community.”
